L2 Production Support

Act as Level 3 escalation for critical incidents in trading, risk, payments, and settlement systems ensuring rapid resolution and system stability.

Perform deep troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers to support trade lifecycle and market data processes.

Lead automation initiatives to improve operational resilience and support 24/7 production environments including deployments, patches, and upgrades.

6+ years experience supporting financial or enterprise systems with focus on trading, settlement, or banking systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux administration, Shell and Python scripting, SQL (Oracle, SQL Server), and batch processing tools like Control-M.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident, change, problem management processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experienced in supporting mission-critical financial trading or settlement platforms with operational ownership for incident management.

Proficient in cross-layer troubleshooting including middleware, databases, and infrastructure in high-availability environments.

Able to lead or contribute to automation and optimization efforts within 24/7 enterprise support teams.
