Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Java development including backend enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and databases.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a Java development team for high-quality software delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; familiarity with cloud computing concepts and enterprise software environments.
