Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Delivery Lead

Lead a delivery pod managing technology solutions for intelligent automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and pro-code applications to drive measurable business outcomes.

Translate approved solution designs into scalable delivery plans ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, architecture, and performance standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, capability development, technology, data science, and operations teams to execute prioritized opportunities and provide stakeholder communication and governance participation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, Transformation, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

10+ years leading technology-enabled transformation, automation, AI/ML, workflow, or application delivery initiatives, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Hands-on technical and solution architecture experience in intelligent automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and application delivery guiding delivery decisions aligned with enterprise standards.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring minimum two days per week in-office at TransUnion location.

Experienced leader of multidisciplinary technical teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions improving operational performance and process transformation.

Strong in hands-on solution architecture with ability to assess implementation trade-offs and ensure governance, risk, compliance, and ethical AI standards are met.

Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across design, capability, technology, and operations to translate concepts into successful delivery.
