Graduate/Post Graduate degree required.
Must have collection exposure to international clients.
Work Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (WFO) with Night Shift (6:30 PM onwards).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex client portfolios and interfacing with billing and operating companies for dispute resolution.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a commercial, client-focused approach.
Proficient in Excel and Word, able to work under tight deadlines to meet monthly collection targets.
