Associate Manager, Global Review Operations

Coordinate between management and operations team, acting as backup for manager’s tasks.

Develop and track team goals, oversee attendance and work discipline, and maintain high-quality task delivery.

Mentor and develop team members through training plans and one-on-one meetings to improve performance.

4+ years of relevant work experience including people management in clinical data management, trial coordination, or clinical research associate roles.

Graduate or post-graduate degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or Clinical Research from a reputable institute.

Sound knowledge of clinical research methodology, industry regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Location requirement: Based in Bengaluru Office, Karnataka, India.

Experienced in managing and motivating teams with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Familiar with clinical research environment and capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders independently.

Proactive, solution-oriented operator with strong communication skills suited to diverse cultural environments.
