Lead data quality management including KPI definition, monitoring, audits, issue resolution, and governance maturity improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years experience designing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
Proven expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata Management.
Strong knowledge of data cataloging, data lineage, metadata management, data architecture, and data lifecycle management.
DCAM certification and experience conducting governance maturity assessments and annual DCAM activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive governance decision-making.
Skilled in using governance councils, forums, and stakeholder engagements for implementing data governance.
Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement programs integrating automation for enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.
