Manage front desk activities related to Trade Finance operations, including handling RTGS/NEFT transactions, fund transfers, and tax payments.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to verify and maintain import/export documents and support processing of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other trade finance transactions.
Prepare MIS reports, track transaction statuses, resolve customer queries, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
Experience Required: Freshers can apply (no experience required).
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of Trade Finance concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented with ability to manage operational and documentation tasks in Trade Finance.
Comfortable coordinating between teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely updates.
Capable of preparing operational reports and handling customer queries with compliance focus.
