Lead implementation and migration of customers from Active Directory, Okta, and other identity directories to the JumpCloud platform through a structured, outcome-based process.
Serve as a technical trusted advisor and partner to customers, managing technical discovery, milestones definition, adoption guidance, and ongoing environment reviews.
Execute migration or configuration tasks hands-on when applicable; escalate and resolve customer technical issues; contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in SaaS, professional services, directory administration, or implementation roles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical JumpCloud role or equivalent experience with the JumpCloud admin console.
Strong technical expertise with ability to manage complex integrations and customer-facing technical guidance.
Willingness to travel on-site to customer locations if required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing medium-to-large SMB customer environments with expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or similar identity management systems.
Proficient in complex enterprise integrations involving Single Sign-on, SCIM, SAML, OIDC, and related authentication protocols.
Comfortable working closely with customers from discovery through long-term adoption, combining technical knowledge with project and time management skills.
