Data Operations Senior Analyst

Own accurate, timely management of master data records including customer, vendor, material, and finance masters within SLA expectations.

Resolve daily data management cases and maintain audit trails ensuring compliance with control processes across global stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and digital solutions for master data management, proactively troubleshooting operational issues and tracking resolution of outstanding data issues.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing client-service oriented functions with Customer Master/Vendor Master data exposure.

Primary work hours aligned to US shift with flexibility to support ANZ and Europe shifts.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant client-service and master data management roles.

Experienced in handling end-to-end master data operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within global finance or procurement environments.

Comfortable working independently with strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and manage stakeholders across regions.

Demonstrated ability to drive digital process improvements and innovative solutions in master data management workflows.
