Credit Review Senior Officer , Senior Vice President

Independently manage credit review processes for assigned business units, including quarterly business monitoring and periodic reviews using AI tools.

Assess credit risk quality, credit risk management effectiveness, and the adequacy of credit and exposure analyses across portfolios involving corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth client relationships.

Prepare and validate credit assessment reports and corrective action plans while collaborating with senior management and ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in banking, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field with credit or financial statement analysis experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and Senior Credit Officer designation preferred.

Proficiency in credit policy, risk analysis, capital markets products, and advanced analytical skills including use of AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Experienced senior professional with deep expertise in credit risk evaluation and risk management in wholesale banking or similar sectors.

Able to utilize AI-enabled analytical tools to enhance review quality and operational efficiency.

Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various seniority levels without direct authority, ensuring transparent communication and effective corrective actions.
