Design, develop, and enhance scalable backend services and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Build and optimize RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database queries for mission-critical enterprise platforms.
Participate in full SDLC activities including requirement analysis, coding, automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD integration, and Level 3 production support.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of professional software development experience with demonstrable proficiency in both Python and Java.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot ecosystem, and Python 3.x web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ), relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Experienced in building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications with focus on scalability and performance optimization.
Comfortable working across the entire Agile development lifecycle and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including analysts, DBA, QA, and frontend engineers.
Familiar with DevOps automation including containerization (Docker), Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
