Partner with management to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
Provide expertise in application programming, enforce design standards, develop coding/testing standards, and mentor mid-level developers and analysts.
Minimum Requirements
10 years relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven project management and leadership skills in application development contexts.
Experience with advanced application programming and systems analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one Applications Development area with deep technical and business process understanding.
Experienced in managing complex projects with ability to adjust priorities dynamically.
Demonstrates ability to provide interpretive analysis and innovative solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management.
