Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable, secure GenAI and Agentic AI applications using Microsoft Azure AI services and agent frameworks.
Guide developers and ensure engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD implementation and production support.
Own technical delivery across multiple components including Agentic AI workflows, RAG enterprise solutions, Python API/microservices, cloud native infrastructure, and security implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 8 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and Azure cloud native application development.
Experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Agent Service, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
Proficiency in Python development (FastAPI or Django), Kubernetes (Azure AKS), databases like Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL with vector capabilities, Docker, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead comfortable managing end-to-end SDLC and coordinating Agile teams across architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and security.
Strong expertise in agent orchestration technologies including planning, reasoning, memory, state management, and workflow development.
Demonstrated ability to build enterprise-grade AI solutions with emphasis on security, observability, scalability, performance optimization, and production support.
