Staff Software Engineer - App Components

Build and scale backend services and APIs using Python and Golang supporting complex enterprise data modeling and product use cases.

Contribute to frontend React and React Native code delivering end-to-end features and performant UI components.

Own product initiatives from problem definition to implementation, designing distributed systems and collaborating with product and design teams for seamless user experiences.

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.

Proficiency in building scalable backend services using Python, Django, Golang, MongoDB, and AWS (highly preferred).

Experience writing and shipping production code in React and React Native with understanding of component lifecycles and mobile constraints.

Ability to design scalable and reliable distributed systems considering trade-offs in consistency, performance, and fault tolerance.

Experienced in building reusable systems or developer-facing components supporting multiple product use cases.

Comfortable independently driving projects and handling ambiguity to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Skilled at working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to break down complex problems.
