Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering discipline; Master’s preferred.
15+ years of engineering or product development experience in multinational environment, including leadership of multidisciplinary, global teams.
Experience in vehicle electronics, controls, embedded systems, wireless technologies, or automotive/commercial vehicle applications.
Location: Based in Pune, India; prior experience with North American or European teams/customers preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading global, cross-functional engineering teams developing embedded hardware/software and connected vehicle products.
Strong background in structured stage-gate new product development, functional safety, cybersecurity, and regulated automotive product roadmaps.
Proven ability to influence senior global stakeholders and OEM customers, coach and develop engineering talent, and align engineering strategies with business growth objectives.
