Support MES implementations, enhancements, and go-live activities in regulated medical device manufacturing.
Configure, validate, and optimize MES and related IT/OT manufacturing systems to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track manufacturing performance and support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IT/OT solutions, automation platforms, or data-driven production technologies.
Working knowledge of ERP, MES, and plant-floor systems, with ability to configure and support (preferred Siemens OpCenter or similar).
Working knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server); ability to write basic queries and support data validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within regulated medical device manufacturing environments or similarly regulated sectors.
Operational focus on hands-on system configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of manufacturing software.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system sustainability, proper documentation, and alignment with quality/validation requirements.
