Software Engineer II

Design, build, and support agentic AI applications that handle workflows, decision-making, and automation in complex systems.

Serve as technical authority for AI-enabled applications, advising on architecture, integration, and best practices.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, architecture, and product teams to translate business problems into secure, scalable, ethical AI solutions throughout the full application lifecycle.

3-7 years of software development experience.

Strong experience with production-grade applications and software development using Python or similar languages.

Hands-on experience with AI-enabled systems (agent-based workflows, orchestration layers, or automation).

Experience with cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD, observability, and reliability practices.

Experienced in designing and supporting complex AI-enabled enterprise applications within regulated or large-scale environments.

Familiarity with large language models, AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI principles including governance and risk controls.

Ability to communicate complex technical AI topics to diverse audiences and mentor peers on technical approaches.
