Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of hands-on experience with MERN stack (Node.js, React, MongoDB) in production environments.
Mandatory daily, practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor for coding, testing, and review.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in REST API design, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD pipeline management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full stack developer with proven ability to quickly onboard and take ownership of an existing complex codebase.
Strong operational ownership mindset with familiarity working independently during IST hours and collaborating across international time zones.
