About This Role

Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications primarily using Java/J2EE technologies.

Contribute to full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting in production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and improve application performance and code quality.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with Java/J2EE.

Strong knowledge of Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Design Patterns), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API development.

Good understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

Work Experience Required: 2+ years

Experienced in backend development with practical exposure to full-stack development using JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments with cross-functional collaboration.

Familiarity with application architecture, scalable system design, and willingness to engage in code reviews and performance optimization.
