Strong technical expertise in REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
Work Experience Required: 14+ years with 6+ years leading engineering managers or senior technical leaders.
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior leader with strong balance of deep technical knowledge, people leadership, and operational ownership in software engineering for complex enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
Experience working in cross-functional environments collaborating with Product, DevOps, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders at a strategic and execution level.
Proven ability to drive engineering governance, quality standards, talent development, and delivery discipline at scale in fast-paced Agile product engineering organizations.
