About This Role

Lead design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and related frameworks.

Convert architecture into detailed technical designs and oversee implementation, deployment, and production readiness across the SDLC.

Guide and manage Technical Leads and developers, ensuring quality, performance tuning, and secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.

Minimum Requirements

7 to 10 years of software engineering experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, and Microsoft Agent Framework.

Advanced Python development skills with frameworks like FastAPI or Django, plus experience in cloud-native deployments using Docker, AKS, Azure Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven ability to lead complex AI solution architecture and multi-agent orchestration on Azure cloud.

Experienced in end-to-end technical ownership including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support in an enterprise environment.

Skillful in driving collaboration among cross-functional teams managing technical dependencies and governance.
