Own end-to-end health, availability, and operational excellence of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Business Intelligence assets across multiple scrum teams
Design and lead incident readiness activities including disaster recovery planning, testing, automation to reduce manual operational toil
Drive cloud resiliency, performance engineering, security, and cost optimization as ongoing disciplines across BI assets
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure/platform engineering, preferably supporting data/BI or analytics platforms
Proven production reliability ownership including on-call, incident response, postmortems, and remediation follow-up
Hands-on experience designing, executing, and validating disaster recovery plans
Experience with progressive delivery methods (canary, blue/green deployments) and building automation tools to reduce operational toil
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with observability tools like Splunk for incident and cost/volume management
Strong cross-team collaboration skills to influence multiple scrum teams and DBA without direct authority
Familiarity with systematic risk assessment (FMEA), game days/chaos engineering, and/or enterprise Kubernetes/AI infra migrations
