Minimum Requirements
7 to 12 years of Software QA experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a QA Lead role.
Strong experience in healthcare software QA, specifically EMR/EHR, hospital management systems, or healthcare SaaS.
Proficient in functional, integration, API, database, regression, and automation testing using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Postman.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and data privacy/security (HIPAA) preferred.

Experienced QA leader with deep domain expertise in healthcare clinical workflows and software testing.
Operates hands-on with strong technical skills including backend data validation, test automation framework development, and defect root cause analysis.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments, leading cross-functional QA efforts in complex healthcare software products.
