Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, OpenShift administration, or related technology roles.
Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift, including CI/CD pipeline creation and automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, OCI).
Experience with Service Mesh, Microservice Authentication/Authorization (OAuth2.0), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical operator with deep expertise in container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure automation in enterprise-scale environments.
Experienced working cross-functionally between development and operations teams to troubleshoot and deliver robust platform solutions.
Familiar with security and authentication standards in microservices architectures, and proficient in scripting for pipeline and automation tasks (Groovy/Python).
