Minimum Requirements
MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain with 7-9 years experience; supply chain certification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years Indirect or Direct Sourcing & Procurement experience in a global manufacturing environment; Indirect sourcing preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in Category Management for IT, Fleet, and Travel, Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management, and Data Analytics related to supply chain.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; based in Pune, India; on-site role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading category strategy development in IT, Fleet, and Travel within a global manufacturing setup.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.
Experience with SAP 4HANA or similar ERP systems and involvement in supply chain transformation and change management initiatives.
