Associate Vice President

Lead 3-week design sprints involving problem framing, user journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing.

Manage and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary squad of 4–6 members across design, front-end, back-end, and AI domains, contributing technically alongside the team.

Drive AI integration into products, make technical decisions on architecture and AI approaches, and communicate sprint outcomes and scaling proposals to leadership and stakeholders.

10+ years of experience building software products or demonstrable AI-first experience for younger candidates.

Strong full-stack engineering skills including modern front-end (React/Next.js/Vue), back-end (Node/Python/Go), and cloud infrastructure.

Deep and current expertise in AI/GenAI technologies, including prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and active daily use of AI-assisted development tools.

Customer-centric mindset with ability to conduct user interviews and identify unspoken pain points; proven track record in rapid product delivery via design sprints or hackathons.

Experienced leader comfortable operating at the intersection of design, engineering, and AI with ability to translate fluently across these disciplines.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative product development environments focusing on short sprint cycles and rapid prototyping.

Strong technical decision maker capable of balancing architecture, UI/UX, and AI integration under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and craftsmanship standards.
