AI Product and Process Intelligence Analyst

Analyze recurring issues and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities in AI-related processes.

Convert business rules and operational knowledge into AI requirements, validation checks, prompts, and test cases.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Implementation teams to improve AI extraction, mapping, classification, automation workflows, and measure improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

2-3 years of experience analyzing recurring issues, corrections, and data for root cause and improvement identification.

Experience in developing AI requirements, validation checks, prompts, and test cases.

Experience working with AI/ML frameworks to evaluate and improve AI outputs (e.g., LLMs).

Candidates with primary experience in Power BI, SQL, MIS, or traditional Data/Reporting Analytics are not eligible.

Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Implementation teams to operationalize AI solutions.

Comfortable building reusable AI workflows, prompts, rules, and evaluation datasets to drive automation and accuracy.

Focused on measurable operational improvements such as accuracy, manual effort reduction, and operational efficiency in AI contexts.
