Accountable for end-to-end delivery of client implementations from Sales handover through Go-Live and support transition, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
Own project governance including scope management, risk (RAID), communication plans, financials (forecasting, burn tracking, margin, invoicing), and change control processes.
Coordinate and drive execution across multiple teams and dependencies, acting as single point of accountability and managing high-severity delivery issues and escalations.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS project management with Professional Services implementation delivery.
Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, RAID, governance, multiple complex client-facing programs, and financial tracking.
Hands-on experience with change control, risk escalation, and managing high-severity delivery issues including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Travel as required for customer engagements; PMP/PRINCE2/PMI certification and domain experience in Actimize, Financial Crime, AML, or Banking technology are good to have but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large, complex, multi-stream client projects in a high-stakes, enterprise software environment with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Demonstrates strong ownership in delivery governance and financial accountability across cross-functional teams including Business Analysis, Architecture, Data, and Testing.
Comfortable working with cloud-based enterprise platforms and handling high-severity incidents with effective escalation and resolution strategies.
