Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Product Management in the WFM/HCM domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Workforce Management/Human Capital Management with hands-on product management in Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Absence Management preferred.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to define and execute product strategy.
Demonstrated ability to manage SaaS enterprise products using Agile/Kanban frameworks with focus on ROI-driven backlog prioritization.
