Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT.
Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Troubleshoot, monitor, schedule integrations, and document technical specifications ensuring timely delivery of program requirements.
Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, XSLT, and Workday security/navigation.
Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-national environments (preferred but not mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise with in-depth understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calculated fields.
Experience working in complex, multi-national, and multi-vendor environments involving collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce quality documentation.
