Expert level skills in Jira, including JQL, Agile metrics, and delivery KPIs.
Experience prototyping dashboards and data tools using Python, Streamlit, JavaScript, or low-code platforms; familiarity with AI coding assistants.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability managing multi-team, global programs with alignment experience across US and India stakeholders.
Strong technical understanding of distributed SaaS architectures to evaluate architectural trade-offs and delivery risks.
Skilled at leveraging AI tools to increase execution velocity and raising team capabilities through data-driven insights and high-quality execution.
