Technology Lead for Strategic Platform Development - Assistant Vice President

Own end-to-end technical accountability for Broker Dealer platform stability, performance, and scalability across Front, Middle, and Back Office in a 24x5 global environment.

Provide technical and architectural leadership, driving platform modernization and alignment with business growth, working with Trading, Product, Operations, and global Technology leadership.

Lead multi-team delivery across India and global locations, including hands-on complex design, production readiness, incident management, and mentoring senior engineers.

15-18 years of experience in software engineering with significant leadership in Markets technology.

Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java and AWS; experience with distributed systems, messaging, and event-driven architectures.

Experience delivering platforms covering Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows, specifically with exposure to equity trade lifecycle.

Experience working in financial industry or capital markets in large institutions and in Global Capability Centers (GCC).

Senior technologist comfortable leading architecture and technical governance at mid-senior level in mission-critical, regulated market platforms.

Experience managing global, multi-team delivery involving cross-region coordination in 24x5 environments.

Strategic mindset with strong production stability focus and background in platform modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and automation.
