Oversee daily operations, support, and optimization of Oracle WMS, MSCA, and related shipping systems globally.
Lead and coordinate CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during implementations and upgrades, reporting effectively to leadership.
Serve as technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring system performance and alignment with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in IT Oracle ERP Implementation or related roles with requirement gathering and process flow mapping.
At least 5 years leading CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Strong expertise in Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping, Inventory systems including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional Oracle modules impacting WMS such as Order Management, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
Proficient in advanced SQL and PL/SQL for system analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
Capable of engaging global business users and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions and maintain system performance.
