Python AI Lead Developer – Cloud Infrastructure, Software Architecture & Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams delivering Python and AI-based software solutions aligned with business requirements and technology roadmaps.

Drive technology initiatives including technology evaluation, roadmap development, process improvements, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement ensuring delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and resources.

Make technical and delivery decisions considering business value, security, sustainability, cost, and operational impacts, and measure outcomes by delivery performance and solution quality.

5–10 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, or related roles with cross-functional team management.

Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development principles related to AI and cloud technologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience with cloud computing platforms, Agile methodologies, project management tools, and vendor/contract management.

Experienced in leading technology teams delivering AI and cloud-based software solutions with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Demonstrated capability in evaluating and adopting new technologies with focus on sustainable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
