Principal Architect – GitHub & Azure DevOps Platform Engineering

Lead strategy, architecture, and governance of enterprise software delivery platforms including GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Nexus Repository, and CI/CD pipelines.

Drive modernization and large-scale migration initiatives from legacy CI/CD tools to modern platforms focusing on automation, security, and developer productivity improvements.

Define and execute long-term roadmap for DevOps platforms collaborating with engineering, security, architecture, and executive leadership to ensure platform reliability and compliance.

12+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or software delivery platforms.

Proven expertise architecting and operating enterprise-scale GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments with hands-on experience in pipeline engineering and platform modernization.

Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, or similar).

Experience with artifact management platforms (e.g., Nexus Repository) and software supply chain security, including DevSecOps practices.

Experienced senior technical leader comfortable defining architecture and platform strategy for large-scale enterprise DevOps ecosystems.

Strong at bridging cross-functional teams (engineering, security, architecture) to drive platform transformation with measurable impact on developer experience and compliance.

Hands-on architect with ability to mentor teams, lead design governance, and influence technical direction at a strategic and operational level.
