Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent AI-powered solutions including assistants, copilots, agents, and workflow automations.
Build and maintain full stack AI-first products, covering frontend interfaces (React, Angular, Next.js), backend services (Python, Java, Node.js), and AI orchestration including Retrieval-Augmented Generation and multi-agent workflows.
Deploy and optimize AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for performance and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of software engineering experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience building Generative AI or large language model-powered applications.
Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, or Node.js, and frontend frameworks: React, Next.js, or Angular.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and deploying AI-first products end-to-end including prompt engineering, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI workflow automation.
Comfortable with cloud-native technologies, containerization, microservices, and DevOps tools for scalable AI applications.
Familiar with a wide range of AI frameworks, vector databases, and AI quality and safety evaluation methods relevant to generative AI and LLM systems.
