Lead Software Engineer - C# .net

Lead design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of backend functionality primarily using C#/.NET and APL in the Transactions product area.

Drive technical discussions and architecture decisions to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions aligned with long-term business goals.

Mentor and guide engineers while ensuring system reliability via testing and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies including .NET Core/Framework and backend development.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, clean code practices, APIs, integration patterns, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

Ability to work in Hyderabad location; Experience with Azure or cloud development is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced senior engineer familiar with large, complex backend systems involving business-critical financial software.

Comfortable leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions in a fintech or regulated industry context.

Adaptable and willing to learn new languages like APL while leveraging strong C#/.NET engineering expertise to evolve and modernize legacy products.
