Own 24x7 production and operational support for Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms including Broadcom/CA Siteminder, Directory, Identity Manager, and Azure AD.
Lead incident management, problem resolution, security system integration, platform optimization, and automation of operational activities in IAM environment.
Provide technical and analytical guidance, ensure SLA adherence, coordinate with offshore/infrastructure teams, and support disaster recovery and identity governance activities.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years operational/support experience in Identity & Access Management.
Degree in computer science, engineering, IT or equivalent technical degree.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts and onsite/offshore model.
Hands-on experience with security system integration, scripting knowledge in Unix/Perl, and production support in related IAM products (Broadcom/CA suite, Active Directory, Azure AD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading IAM production support processes with strong problem-solving and incident management skills under 24x7 support SLAs.
Familiar with enterprise security infrastructures and collaboration across global offshore/onshore teams.
Exposure to automation, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, CA APM, SUMOLogic), and cloud container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure) enhances candidacy.
