Associate Threat Response Analyst

Support on-demand threat resolution service by analyzing phishing and malicious email campaigns to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and recommend updated detection measures.

Provide email security advice and remediation to customers, including configuration suggestions based on Mimecast Administration Console policies.

Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, leveraging AI tools to enhance threat detection, analysis, and response processes.

1+ years of experience working with the Mimecast platform.

Working knowledge of email traffic management and routing, email security technologies, and strong understanding of DNS, SMTP, SSL/TLS, POP3, IMAP, and TCP/IP.

Strong oral and written communication skills for customer and team interaction.

Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in analyzing and responding to email-borne threats within a managed threat response or messaging security environment.

Capable of translating complex technical security concepts into management-friendly explanations.

Comfortable working in a global, hybrid team with shift-based operations that require continuous threat monitoring.
