Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in motion design, animation, or related creative field with a proven track record delivering motion graphics for global brands or agencies.
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite; skilled in 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D; knowledge of video editing, color grading, sound design, and content optimization.
Experience leading end-to-end video and animation production and mentoring junior team members.
Location: Mumbai, India; Portfolio and work samples demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling required.

Experienced in working on beauty, luxury, and premium consumer or FMCG brands, with strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and premium design excellence.
Ability to integrate AI tools or emerging technology into motion design workflows, aligned with a role blending traditional creative skills and AI innovation.
