Ensure timely availability of materials at factories, service sites, and suppliers by managing procurement and supplier performance.
Be the primary contact for order execution ensuring supplier OTD, quality, and fulfilment KPIs are met to support uninterrupted production.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Sourcing, and Supplier Quality teams to manage order fulfilment, inspections, and new product development support.
Minimum Requirements
B.E./B.Tech degree from a reputed institute.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement/supplier management.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and strong skills in MRP and production planning.
Base location at Marhowrah (Saran) with willingness to travel to India-based suppliers as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with a track record in supplier performance improvement and procurement in manufacturing environments.
Strong ability to manage multiple suppliers/projects simultaneously with effective stakeholder coordination across departments.
Data-driven with advanced Excel and reporting skills, comfortable driving supplier performance KPIs and leading corrective actions.
