Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect material sourcing; experience with indirect consumables and infrastructure is a plus.
Proficient in English, strong analytical skills, and experience managing supplier relationships with high ethical standards.
Computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word; SAP experience is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing global indirect procurement for automotive-related categories with knowledge of supplier financials and manufacturing capabilities.
Ability to lead cross-PBU negotiations and coordinate multi-stakeholder category activities including engineering and sourcing teams.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop buyers and supplier relationships aligned with category plans.
