Lead end-to-end delivery of statutory reporting and audit processes for multiple legal entities across Asia, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal policies.
Manage audit execution including planning, coordination, issue resolution, and act as escalation point for complex statutory accounting and audit matters.
Lead and develop a team of COE analysts, driving performance, capability building, and continuous improvement in statutory reporting and audit activities.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or local equivalent).
6–8+ years experience in statutory reporting and external audit management across multiple jurisdictions, preferably in multinational or Big 4 environments.
Proven people management experience.
Work Experience Required: 6–8+ years in statutory reporting and audit management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional, multi-country stakeholder relationships within shared services or GBS environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP with ability to handle complex, ambiguous issues in statutory reporting.
Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial reporting and audit functions.
