Senior Business Analytics - Assistant Vice President

Analyze cross-functional operational data to evaluate past business performance and identify trends to improve business decision making and strategic planning.

Translate data into customer behavioral insights to support targeting, segmentation, and decision strategies, communicating findings clearly to business partners and senior leaders.

Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities while assessing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

8-12 years of experience in business or financial services analytics.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical, business strategy, project management, and communication skills required to influence decisions and manage multiple projects.

Work Environment: Primarily office setting with minimal travel; ability to maintain high concentration levels for extended periods.

Experienced in financial services analytics with prior focus in the domain, capable of managing sizeable projects with significant impact.

Able to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to senior leaders and business partners for decision-making approval.

Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, and work collaboratively within teams while managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
