Lead and coordinate OEM-related projects including product trials, approvals, and commercialization in collaboration with technology and business teams.
Serve as primary interface with customers to maintain strong relationships and support troubleshooting and technical resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or related field; MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
8-10 years of experience working with Industrial Segment OEM/customers.
Strong experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required.
