Drive data governance, lineage, observability, integration, and implement modern data engineering practices including CI/CD for data pipelines; lead technology evaluation and team capability building.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8-14 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale data systems.
Deep expertise in scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Flink).
Work Schedule: On-premise.

Experienced leader capable of influencing cross-domain architecture decisions and leading technical teams.
Strong domain expertise in AI data foundations including RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, ontology design, and metadata-driven architectures.
Strategic operator skilled in enforcing data governance at scale and integrating enterprise source systems with AI services.
