Work Experience Required: 8 years related experience (or as per degree criteria).

Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact on organizational growth.
Comfortable managing resources, timelines, budgets, and risks in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with semiconductor industry or global suppliers and relevant project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) is a plus.
