Financial Systems Analyst I

Lead and represent Credit and Fraud Risk Controllership (C&FRC) in enterprise-wide finance platform modernization initiatives to implement credit reserving, disclosures, and management reporting features.

Collaborate across multiple stakeholders, communicate product vision and priorities, and manage agile delivery processes including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.

Support development and testing of system enhancements, analytics, and automated reports related to credit and fraud risk processes and regulatory reporting requirements.

3-5 years of project work experience or accounting and reporting experience.

Engineering degree in software development or computer science.

Experience in project management, process governance, control & compliance, or accounting and reporting.

Technical skills including Python, SQL, HIVE, Java, Tableau, and data analysis.

Experience working in credit reserves, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting environments with regulatory frameworks such as IFRS or US GAAP.

Ability to lead product ownership within a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.

Strong process orientation with demonstrated experience in process improvement and managing complex multi-stakeholder agile projects.
