Minimum Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java (versions 8/11/17/21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Java backend developer with proven skills in microservices and cloud-native application development.
Familiarity and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Claude Code) integrated into the software development lifecycle.
