Own end-to-end finance and accounts function including accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Build and manage Finance MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
Lead audit, compliance, financial due diligence, and drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems including Zoho Books implementation.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
12–15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and financial controllership.
Mandatory hands-on experience with implementing and managing Zoho Books (not just end-user).
Work Experience Required: 12–15 years in finance with strong reporting, budgeting, audit, and investor reporting exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently manage finance functions reporting directly to founders or senior management in a funded start-up or high-growth environment.
Experience with investor relations, financial due diligence, and financial process buildout from ground zero.
Background preferably in start-ups or sectors like EV, automotive, renewable energy, technology, or scalable service industries with complex accounting and compliance needs.
